Along with your coach, this introduction and the “Sixteen Steps to Success” will all help you understand how to get your 1000 hits a week and how to become an effective GDI Team Elite leader.

Your team leader will personally help you become a leader ONLY if you actively go through the “Sixteen Steps to Success” training and work to get your weekly 1000 hits to help support the team. The purpose of the “Steps” is to help you understand how to do this if you don't already.

Below explains how our GDI Team Elite works. Please go at your own pace. If there is something you do not understand, you can ask your team leader.

At the bottom of this page are five more links to pages that will help you get your advertising set up and help you get started. There are a lot of advertising suggestions and links in these pages. The advertising pages have sites in them that our team members use every day to promote their team splash page.

These pages can be a little confusing when you first join, so please do not think you have to join all the advertising sites in them. Any time you need additional advertising information, just contact your team leader.

We place you in a collective advertising system/rotator. It's FREE.

Everyone in the rotator advertises together. Groups of 6 or more promote several common splash pages to gain prospects.

To be eligible for signups, you will need to maintain 1000 hits a week, work through the Steps to Six Figures Training every week, and COMMUNICATE well with your team leader.

Your team leader monitors your hits. If you don't hit your quota, it will take longer to get signups.

If you do your share of the advertising, you will get your six members in the course of time as you go through the Steps to Six Figures Training.

Team advertising benefits all. Your team leader coordinates everything, works hard to get you started, gives you feedback on your answered questions at the end of each “Step” of the training, and helps place members under you in the course of time.

On your way to getting your 6, we will teach you how to become a team leader through the “Steps,” set up your own rotator, and you will be off and running, exploding your business.

First off, GDI has been around for over 20 years, and people trust it.

I started succeeding with GDI when my team leader helped me get six people on my team. My belief shot way up, even though I wasn't making much money. For the first time, I thought, "Maybe something really does work here." That got me excited.

So I reached out to my six members to get them excited too. Here's what I learned fast: everyone has their own reasons for joining, and theirs were very different from mine. My excitement didn't faze them. That was frustrating, but I kept pushing forward.

Earlier that year, my millionaire mentor had taught me six skills. When I started using them in GDI, the combination was amazing. The sixth skill is mindset. For years I taught these as "The Five Critical Skills" and left mindset off the list. That was a mistake. Mindset is what keeps you in the game long enough to learn the other five.

My team leader had built up my belief. What I didn't realize was that everything she did fell into those same skill categories. She just didn't know it. Those skills turned out to be the real building blocks for success. (You can read more about them on the "More Things" page. The link is at the end of this story.)

Once I started using them, my team grew bigger and bigger over the next three months. I found another team leader, and then my business partner, Elizabeta Kuzevska. She learned the skills from me and built her team the same way. I brought in 30 people, and she brought in close to 30. Together, we brought in Diane Mumm, and Diane brought in 30 more.

Within 12 months, we had over 105 members. Within two more years, we had 19 team leaders.

Even with over 100 members, I was only making just over $100 a month. That's why Elizabeta and I started building additional income streams with GDI.

I'm not telling you this to get you to spend a bunch of money. It's just the truth. Can you make six figures with GDI? I'm not sure. I never have. I looked for someone inside GDI I could learn from who had, and I couldn't find one. Maybe they existed in the past. I just couldn't find one today.

The people I work with in HBA, the Home Business Academy, are my friends, and they are millionaires.

I'm not saying this to push you away from GDI. I've been with GDI since 2016 and a team leader since 2018, and here's what I like about it:

1. It teaches you and your team how to advertise and get 1000 hits a week.
2. We all unite to help create team leaders. I became one, and we've helped 19 other people do the same.
3. It's a great way to connect with your downline and share your additional income streams.
4. It's one of the only programs I know where I can place new paid members under people and still build my own income.

GDI is super simple to understand. It costs $10 a month. Five dollars goes to the company, and the other five goes out to five levels, one dollar each. The product is real, and people can use it in a practical way. Other multi-level programs exist, but they're often complicated and don't work with teams like this.
